DISTANCES & FEES:

• Trail Ride: $45
• 25/30 miles: $130
• 50 miles: $130
• 75 miles: $185
• 100 miles: $230
• Add $35 to entries received/processed in camp.

• Junior and Young Riders (18 & under): FREE for any distance!
  • Junior and Young Riders (18 & under): FREE for any distance! Thanks to the Mary and Anna Memorial Youth Fund . This fund has several donors of varied organization memberships. It was created in 2018 to pay entries for all junior/youth riders in the PNER region, regardless of organization affiliation. Until this fund is depleted, all junior/youth riders 18 and under will ride for free at participating NW and EDRA rides! If you’re interested in donating to the Mary and Anna Memorial Youth Fund, please contact The Fund’s Administrator, Cindi Sayer at cindisayer@gmail.com.
• AERC Non-member fee of $20 added if you’re not a current member of AERC. Proof of membership required!

DISCOUNTS (One discount/rider):

• 50% Reciprocal Ride Manager discount will be given to ALL Ride Managers.

Avoid the $35 on-site registration fee by registering online prior to the ride!

Volunteers, please register, via the Volunteer JotForm found on our Volunteer Information page. We’d love to have an accurate accounting, so we know who needs to be where!

You will still need to check in with the secretary when you arrive, to finalize all the information and turn in/sign a waiver form.

PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal and paper checks, and cash only, for payment. You can send a check directly to Carol, at the address below.

Paper Check: Register online and send $25 non-refundable check to Carol Giles. Send checks made out to “Jennifer Butler” to: Carol Giles, 1304 NE Montana Ln, Prineville, OR 97754. Balance can be paid by check or cash, in ride camp. If you prefer to pay the balance online, balance must be paid before 5/15/2024.
